Quality Management System is planned through documented procedures, quality plans, process plans and work instructions in order to ensure that the process and their sequences are effective. Specific actions plans are also maintained whenever required by the respective functions in order to achieve quality objectives especially for those focusing on improvement.

Whenever changes to quality management system are planned and implemented, in the form of changes in quality manual, procedures, quality plan, process plan and work instructions they are reviewed by MR in order to ensure that integrity of the quality management system in line with the quality policy, objectives and customer requirements are maintained.
